Costco shoppers get used to seeking out their old favorites — a juicy rotisserie chicken, a pallet of paper towels, enough coffee to fuel an entire dorm. But because the warehouse club’s selection is so huge, it’s easy to forget that Costco adds new products all the time.
There’s no reason to skip over the classic Costco items, but why not scoop up something new? Here’s a look at some of the items that are new to Costco in March 2026.
These new finds are all available now unless otherwise noted, although some products are sold only online or only in warehouses.
Griddle bundle
Outdoor cooking season is nearly here, and now is a great time to upgrade your setup. Costco is currently featuring the Blackstone Omnivore Griddle Bundle, which comes with a hinged hood and a weather-resistant cover. It has 768 square inches of cooking space that can handle everything from pancakes to smash burgers for a large crowd.
Lego Botanicals sets
You don’t need a green thumb to add vibrant, low-maintenance plant life to your living room. Costco is currently stocking the Lego Botanicals Bouquet of Roses Bundle. It includes the Bouquet of Pink Roses, which has 789 pieces, and the Bouquet of Roses, which has a total of 822 pieces. This set is suitable for ages 18 and older.
Food storage
Spring cleaning is the perfect time to overhaul and organize your kitchen pantry. Costco is stocking a Bentgo 12-Piece Glass Food Storage Set online. The dishwasher- and oven-safe containers allow for quick inventory checks while keeping foods sealed with airtight lids.
Beef tenderloin
You can now order a Rastelli’s Reserve Beef Tenderloin Roast through Costco, which arrives complete with a dry seasoning blend and garlic herb butter. The roast is 4 pounds and wet aged for 45 days.
Charcuterie kits
The newly added Platterful Charcuterie Kit comes with everything you need for a complete charcuterie board, including a bamboo serving board, utensils, and a curated selection of meats, cheeses and olives in one convenient box.
Longfield Gardens collections
March is the perfect time to start planning your summer garden, and Costco is offering Longfield Garden Solution Collections. You select from one of four collections, each of which comes with a variety of bare roots and bulbs along with planting instructions to ensure a vibrant yard.
Reversible grills
If you don’t have patio or yard space for a freestanding flat-top grill, you can opt for the Lodge Cast Iron Reversible Grill and Griddle. It sits directly over stovetops, grills or campfires and comes seasoned with vegetable oil.
Berry baskets
Costco is selling the Over&Back Multipurpose Berry Baskets that allow you to wash, store, and serve your berries in durable, microwave-safe stoneware. The set comes with one large and two medium baskets.
Sparkling water
Stay hydrated as the weather warms up with Costco’s 24-count Waterloo Sparkling Water Variety Pack. It features the flavors Blackberry Lemonade, Lemon-Lime and Raspberry Nectarine.
Lemoncello white chocolate almonds
This snack is a lighter alternative to traditional chocolate-covered nuts. The Sconza Lemoncello White Chocolate Roasted Almonds offer a bright, citrusy crunch and no artificial ingredients. They come in a 24-ounce resealable bag.
Sugar-free coconut truffles
Satisfy your Easter candy cravings without overindulging in sugar. Costco recently introduced the Red Delight Milk Chocolate Coconut Diamond Truffles, which contain zero grams of added sugar. The purchase includes three boxes of 12 candies.
