Costco shoppers get used to seeking out their old favorites — a juicy rotisserie chicken, a pallet of paper towels, enough coffee to fuel an entire dorm. But because the warehouse club’s selection is so huge, it’s easy to forget that Costco adds new products all the time.
There’s no reason to skip over the classic Costco items, but why not scoop up something new? Here’s a look at some of the items that are new to Costco in January 2023.

Ceramic bakeware set
This four-piece Staub ceramic bakeware set includes three baking dishes and one lid. They are dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, oven-safe up to 572 degrees Fahrenheit, and available in three color options.

Eerie novel
“The House in the Pines” by Ana Reyes focuses on a woman who saw her friend mysteriously die in front of an enigmatic man named Frank. Seven years later, she watches a YouTube video where another woman suddenly dies – in front of the same man. This psychological thriller has already earned praise for its mystery and intriguing plot.
It’ll be in most Costco warehouses as of its Jan. 3 publication.
Valentine’s Day flowers
Yes, the December holidays just ended, and yes, Valentine’s Day isn’t too far away.
